The following is the guidance provided by the Elendari to the residents of the refugee camp commonly known as New Haven. Enforcement of the rules stated begins effective immediately. Resistance to these rules will be dealt with swiftly. Adherence to these rules is a requirement for continuing to reside in the refugee camp known as New Haven.
Do not conspire with Drow, undead or their agents.
Do not conduct blood magic.
Do not conduct necromancy.
Do not assault members of The Elendari.
Violation of these rules in any way is punishable by death.
New Haven will collectively enforce these rules.
