He then proceeds to climb upon it, suck in an abnormal amount of air, and orate aloud with an unrivaled volume accustomed to years of demanding the attention of others. The voice seemed to almost magically carry itself as far down as Low Town and New Valoron. "ATTENTION CITIZENS, DENIZENS, AND POTENTIAL PATRONS OF THESE LANDS OF EXILE!" He pulls a stick and a large cowbell from one of his many pouches, and bangs on it obnoxiously to make sure he acquired as much attention as possible.
